Self-love and self-worth as the foundation

I believe and experience that self-love and self-worth are the most significant foundations to living a joyful, abundant, authentic, creative, peaceful life.

I believe that you are a beautiful expression of life – with all your light and darkness! And where you are right now is beautiful and exactly where you should be; I will meet you where you are.

I am passionate about living an examined life and about the beauty and power that can come from opening our awareness.

I believe growth and healing stem from bringing compassionate awareness to ourselves.

I believe in and promote that wellness and well-being come from within, and that with an open space and empowering tools that help you go within, you will experience a shift in your being – one that gives you access to love, peace, trust, and boundlessness.

I prioritize creating and maintaining a safe space that allows you to explore your being and continue on your unique healing journey.

I recognize and honor that growth, healing, and well-being are constantly evolving and are life-long processes. Giving yourself permission to be wherever you are on this growth journey is absolutely essential in moving forward.

    What is Wellness Coaching?

    As a Women’s Wellness Coach, I’m here to support, guide, and empower you to discover and evolve into your most authentic, joyous, beautiful self. I help you make lasting changes in your life – the changes you’ve been wanting to make but that you haven’t been able to.

     

    Over time, I’ve found that many women know WHAT they need to do to be healthier, happier, more fulfilled, but it’s the HOW to actually makes those changes a reality that proves to be the biggest challenge. And that’s where wellness coaching comes into play!

     

    Together we focus on the HOW by building awareness around how you see yourself and the world. I provide you with methods and tools that serve to help you leave behind limiting beliefs and harmful habits and move forward to create the life you’ve always desired.

     

    It starts by taking an honest look inward. When you’re inside the jar, you can’t read the label. In other words, you can’t see what you can’t see! So sometimes we need someone else to reflect back to us what it is that we can’t see in our lives that prevents us from moving forward and making change. And I’m here to do that with you, every step of the way.

    Yin Yoga

    Some of my coaching programs incorporate yoga practices, including physical poses, meditation, and breathwork.

     

    The style of yoga we do is called Yin Yoga. This style of yoga is much slower in pace; it involves holding seated/supine poses for longer periods of time (usually 3-5 minutes). This allows for deep stretching and release. Yin is a practice of surrender, of non-resistance – allowing your body to be still in your unique “sweet spot” within the pose. It is about listening to what your body needs and embracing that. You first find your shape, then find your stillness. This guides both the body and the mind to a more present, receptive place.

     

    Even if you’re completely new to yoga, my programs offer a safe, open space for you to explore these practices!! We’ll be doing beginner Yin poses, all of which can be modified to fit your needs, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
