About Me & My Journey
My love for supporting women and their wellbeing began back when I was a Peace Corps Volunteer working in rural Paraguay in the Community Health sector about a decade ago now! Between then and now, the various roles, spaces, and environments in which I’ve served women has been a journey in and of itself!
Working as an FNP in the primary care clinical setting in the U.S. for a few years led to several of my own health and wellness challenges. I very quickly had all the energy and life sucked out of me! I experienced chronic stress and fatigue, true burnout, depression, an unhealthy relationship to food and movement, and a feeling of complete lack of meaning in my life.
Once I removed myself from that environment, I was able to finally give myself the time and space to become still, release, reconnect, rejuvenate, and reframe. It was only then that I became receptive to what the universe was providing. It lead me to coaching, wellness training, and to take a deeper dive into my yoga and meditation practices, which opened more space for exploration and healing.

Things then started to fall into place, re-balance. I began to wake up with a sense of gratitude, excitement, openness. I felt less contraction around food and movement; my relationships started improving; I started to trust myself and gained the confidence to start creating the life I wanted to live; I actually felt LOVE for myself!
Growth and healing are ever-evolving processes without any definitive arriving, but I can say with such gratitude that I have a new and improved relationship with myself that has lit. up. my. LIFE.
And I’m here now to help you create that shift in your life. A shift that will inevitably happen because once you start loving yourself, you raise your energetic frequency and you start attracting opportunities that are in alignment with who you truly are.
What does “Tranquilopa” mean anyways?!
I had the incredible opportunity to spend a few years of my life living in rural Paraguay working as a Peace Corps Volunteer. In Paraguay, in most areas of the country, the indigenous language, Guarani, is spoken just as commonly as Spanish, often times a combination of the two (known as “Jopara”). “Tranquilopa” is a word in Guarani that embodies a way of living. Living in unity with what is; non-resistance to life and with what it presents you. It is “all is well” with true acceptance and joy. Living this requires introspection, awareness, and compassion for the project of being a human.
Seeing, loving, and embracing where you are on your journey is what we’ll explore together. And life for you will become “Tranquilopa” in its own unique, beautiful way.

My Philosophy

Self-love and self-worth as the foundation
I believe and experience that self-love and self-worth are the most significant foundations to living a joyful, abundant, authentic, creative, peaceful life.
Embracing Your Beautiful Self
I believe that you are a beautiful expression of life – with all your light and darkness! And where you are right now is beautiful and exactly where you should be; I will meet you where you are.
Passion for Self-Examination
I am passionate about living an examined life and about the beauty and power that can come from opening our awareness.
Transformation Through Compassionate Awareness
I believe growth and healing stem from bringing compassionate awareness to ourselves.
As Within, So Without
I believe in and promote that wellness and well-being come from within, and that with an open space and empowering tools that help you go within, you will experience a shift in your being – one that gives you access to love, peace, trust, and boundlessness.
Holding a Safe Healing Space
I prioritize creating and maintaining a safe space that allows you to explore your being and continue on your unique healing journey.
Permission to Continuously Grow
I recognize and honor that growth, healing, and well-being are constantly evolving and are life-long processes. Giving yourself permission to be wherever you are on this growth journey is absolutely essential in moving forward.
Empowerment and Connection to Truth
I seek to empower you to grow on this journey and connect to your truth!
