A wellness coaching and yoga experience designed to help you turn self-loathe into SELF-LOVE

Here’s how it works…

Through Own Your Beauty (OYB), you’ll have 6 private coaching sessions and 3 private Yin Yoga sessions over the course of 10 weeks. This is all done entirely online via live video.

Each week prior to our sessions you’ll be given modules with activities, exercises, and journaling prompts that dive into the different reasons why we have the relationship we do with our bodies, how to challenge and release these beliefs and thought patterns, and how to start to reframe and recreate new ones that better serve you.

Our Yin Yoga sessions complement the coaching sessions by providing you with additional tools to help you connect with your inner being, release emotions, and bring compassion to your growth process.

ALL levels of experience are welcomed as we will be doing very basic, beginner postures and techniques – no prior experience is necessary!

I’m Rachel, and I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner-turned-Women’s Wellness Coach, 

Registered Yoga Teacher, and 

Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher.

 

If any of the above resonates with you, guess what? I’m right there with you! I’ve spent years living with an unhealthy relationship to my body and myself.

 

I used to hate my body.

 

 

I would pinch and grab at what I saw as flab. I would constantly be thinking about what foods to avoid and literally punish myself if I ate them. I used to always want to change some part of my body. I would let my view of my body dictate my mood for the entire day, which negatively affected all of my interactions and relationships.

 

 

But once I gave myself permission to dive deep into the underlying causes of this distorted relationship through coaching, yoga, meditation, and inner work, it opened the door to a transformative experience.

 

With the tools, methods, & strategies I gained through this process, I began to feel a shift in me – one that allowed me to redefine my relationship to my body and to myself and start living life the way I actually wanted to.

 

 

I started seeing my body as a vessel that allows me to live. I started actually accepting compliments instead of resorting to self-deprecating responses. I started seeing food and movement as ways to nourish my body, mind, and soul instead of things I’m constantly at battle with. I actually started to like my body and myself!

 

 

..and this trickled into every corner of my life:

 

 

The relationships in my life improved, there was a significant reduction in my stress levels, I started to have ENERGY when I woke up, depression was no longer a dominant emotional state, my digestive health improved, my chronic hip pain improved.

I’ve started to transform my life, and now my passion is to support you in transforming yours.

FAQs

How much time will I be investing in the OYB program?

Our coaching sessions will last 60 minutes, and our Yin Yoga sessions will last for 45 minutes. Outside of our private sessions, the time you spend engaging in the self-work prompts and journaling will depend on you! But on average, you can carve out around 30-60 minutes per week for this.

There are two different payment options:

  • A one-time payment of $2497 (Best Value)

                OR

  • Two monthly installment payments of $1397 (Most Flexible)

I’ve been in your shoes and can relate on a deep level to what you’re experiencing on a daily basis!
